Drinking Irn Bru
Irn Bru is an orange-coloured soda drink you can find in most every corner shop, restaurant, and pub around here. It's advertised as Scotland's other national drink.
My first encounter with the name was back in Vancouver. A Scottish coworker sent the link to a funny little TV spot (below). Most of the joke was lost on me since I hadn't seen the subject of the parody but it's still a fun clip.
I didn't see a real can of Irn Bru until months later, taking a flight to Manchester. I recognized the name instantly and chose it for my in-flight drink. Who knows if it's the taste or just that I have a story with this particular drink but I quite like it. I've had four or five since I got here.
Enjoy.

Seeing as your post had absolutely no 'review' or even basic description of taste, I had to hit up wiki and came away with two absolute gems. One, Irn-Bru is apparently available in Canada. If I see some, I will surely try it.
Two, and better is the following: In the Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh there are a range of exhibits, selected by celebrities - Sean Connery chose a crate of Irn Bru.
Worth a visit? :P
Hmm... it's got an orange-crush-esque flavour with an added "zest" quality and a surprisingly delightful bitter aftertaste.
Thanks for the gems. I will be heading back to Museum of Scotland so I'll have an eye or two out for it. The glory of Wikipedia...
